This Privacy Notice explains how Talqora handles information across the website, dashboard, APIs, CLI, and runtime platform.

01

Information we collect

We collect account and organization details, authentication records, project configuration, deployment metadata, support communications, and technical usage data needed to operate Talqora.

02

Workload data

We process source artifacts, encrypted environment values, runtime logs, request metadata, and resource telemetry to build and operate your projects. Talqora observability records request method, route, status, duration, and size; it does not intentionally capture request or response bodies.

03

How we use data

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, process deployments, route traffic, troubleshoot failures, measure reliability, prevent abuse, communicate service changes, and comply with law.

04

Credentials and secrets

Environment values and platform credentials are protected using access controls and encryption. API key secrets are shown only at creation. You control the third-party credentials placed in each project and may rotate or delete them.

05

Sharing

We share information with infrastructure, authentication, storage, monitoring, and support providers only as needed to deliver Talqora. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.

06

Retention

We retain account and operational data while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, billing, and recovery purposes. Project deletion removes active platform records and schedules associated resources for deletion, subject to limited backups and legal obligations.

07

Security

We use layered technical and organizational safeguards, including tenant scoping, short-lived sessions, encrypted transport, restricted service credentials, and isolated workloads. No system can guarantee absolute security.

08

Your choices

You can review and update project settings, rotate or revoke API keys, delete projects, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information where applicable.

09

International processing

Talqora and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as Talqora evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to privacy@talqora.com.
