These Terms of Service govern access to Talqora's website, dashboard, APIs, CLI, runtime platform, and related services.

01

Agreement

By creating an account or using Talqora, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization.

02

The service

Talqora provides tools to build, deploy, route, and operate isolated software workloads. Features may evolve as the platform develops, and preview capabilities may change or be discontinued.

03

Accounts and access

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and API keys, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.

04

Acceptable use

You may not use Talqora to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade security controls, abuse networks, mine cryptocurrency, or operate workloads that create unreasonable risk or disruption.

05

Your content

You retain ownership of source code, configuration, prompts, data, and outputs you submit. You grant Talqora the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and secure that content solely to provide the service.

06

Third-party services

Your workloads may call model providers, data sources, and other third-party services. Their terms, availability, pricing, and data practices apply independently and remain your responsibility.

07

Fees and limits

Paid features, usage limits, and applicable rates will be presented before they apply. You are responsible for authorized usage and taxes. We may enforce limits needed to protect platform stability.

08

Availability

We work to keep Talqora reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider failures, security events, and circumstances outside our control can affect availability.

09

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful activity, or non-payment. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

10

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talqora is provided without implied warranties and Talqora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

11

Changes

We may update these Terms as the platform changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service or account contact. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
